Responsibilities

• Manage the cafe operation on a daily basis.
• Cook - food prep, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards.
• Order - placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
• POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
• Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes
