• High school diploma or GED required; sanitation certification and Serve Safe preferred.

• Experience in school food services or related food service is required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Cafeteria Workers and substitutes as needed.
• Schedules and trains staff for efficient operations.
• Oversees meal preparation, service, and sanitation; ensures portion control and nutrition.
• Manages cash handling, daily receipts, and reports.
• Maintains inventory, places weekly orders, and verifies deliveries.
• Operates computerised POS system and generates reports.
• Participates in promotions and special events.
