Job summary

• Experience: Preferred one year food service experience or related; sanitation course before/during first year as manager.

Responsibilities

• Attends in-service training and workshops to learn new standards and fulfill NSLP requirements.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria; supervise and train cafeteria staff.
• Maintain documentation including production records, inventory, student accounts, payroll data, and shipments.
