Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend in-service trainings to meet NSLP standards.
• Direct daily kitchen and cafeteria activities; supervise staff at campus level.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu adherence; supervise inventory and ordering.
• Maintain financial, production, and activity records; payroll information accuracy.
• Ensure safe food handling and compliance with health codes.
