Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic record-keeping for daily meal counts and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with overseeing kitchen operations and staff.
• Prepare and serve meals, monitor food quality and temperature.
• cashiering during breakfast/lunch service and maintain financial integrity.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, storing, and inventory of foods and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with NSLP and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide customer service to students, staff and parents.
