Qualifications

• Prior cooking, ordering, and cashiering experience is required, and K-12 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees and creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in food preparation and service in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
• Uses proper systems for required reports (inventory, cash, production records, payroll, time-keeping).
• Directs and participates in sanitation and safety of the facility and employees.
