Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare main dishes, vegetables and menu items using standardized recipes and methods.
• Train and serve as backup manager; assume duties in cafeteria manager's absence.
• Assist with food quantities ordering, record-keeping and daily production tasks.
• Ensure sanitation, accommodate dietary restrictions, and maintain good communication with staff and students.
