Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• SNA kitchen certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare main dishes, vegetables and menu items using standardized recipes and production methods.
• Assist with determining quantities of food and supplies to order.
• Assist with daily production records and general clean up duties.
• Comply with accommodations for students with special diet restrictions and maintain open communication with staff.
• Attend short courses, meetings and in-service trainings as requested.
• Maintain regular attendance and arrive on time; work flexible hours as needed.
