Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare main dishes, vegetables and menu items.
• Use standardized recipes and production methods.
• Assist with ordering quantities and record keeping.
• Back-up manager in the cafeteria manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions for students.
• Maintain open communication with all served by the food service department.
• Attend trainings and arrive on time; be flexible with hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
