Job summary

You will assist in recipe prep, portion control, baking, cashier duties, record keeping, and revenue balance. The schedule is 4 hours per day, 178 days per year, with hours generally 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Specific training or job experience.
• Within one year of start date, Basic Fundamentals Certificate required.
• Housekeeping and clean up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cook Manager in preparing, serving and cleaning up.
• Set up and maintain food quality on serving line and portions.
• Assist in baking activities for the lunch menu.
• Handle cashier activities and process money/transactions.
• Maintain records and assist in balancing revenue reports.
