Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Main cook of all breakfast and lunch meals; follow recipes and portion guidelines.
• Sanitation: Maintain sanitation guidelines and monitor food storage temperature.
• Serving Students: Serve food items and assist with meal questions.
• Running Register: Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Stocking/Ordering: Assist with inventory and ordering under kitchen manager guidance.
• Other: Physically demanding; lift up to 40 lbs; stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
