Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a part-time Food Service Assistant for a Holland, Michigan school kitchen. The position is 21.25 hours per week during the school year, Monday through Friday, beginning in September 2026. Reports to the Food Director and supports daily deliveries and meal service.

Duties include loading the box truck, assisting with product and inventory, fulfilling elementary orders, and covering driving when needed. Physical demands are noted and ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school kitchen or cafeteria preferred.
• ServSafe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load box truck for daily deliveries with food carts and product.
• Assist driver with product and inventory management.
• Assist driver with fulfilling daily elementary orders.
• Fill in for driving and delivery when needed.
• Assist with putting away GFS and other vendor orders.
