The role suits dependable team players who can follow recipes, handle routine tasks, and meet safety standards. Full-time schedule, M-F, with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or cleaning work preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Comfort with routine tasks and basic math.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to recipes, production records, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and service area
• Stock serving lines, salad bars, and milk coolers
• Follow proper procedures for food storage, rotation, and sanitation
• Serve meals to students, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner
• Assist with putting away deliveries and organizing inventory
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash as needed
• Follow all local, state, federal, and company health regulations
• Step in to assist team members or cover shifts as needed
• Submit reports and meet deadlines as assigned
• Carry out any additional duties to support the kitchen team and school meal program
