Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food per recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and service area.
• Stock serving lines, salad bars, and milk coolers.
• Follow food storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures.
• Serve meals to students, staff, and visitors politely.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory organization.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash as needed.
• Follow local, state, federal, and company health regulations.
• Step in to assist teammates or cover shifts.
• Submit reports and meet deadlines as assigned.
• Carry out additional duties to support the kitchen and school meal program.
