Responsibilities

• Follows state meal pattern guidelines for the program.
• Operates a cash register and/or computer.
• Informs head cook of supplies/food needed before depletion.
• Substitutes for head cook as required.
• Assists in food preparation, serving and cleanup; sanitation certification required.
• Regularly lifts 30–50 pounds.
• Maintains confidentiality of student/staff information.
• Follows Board of Education policies and performs other duties as assigned.
