• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work (washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/vegetables).
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely.
• Stores food properly and maintains hygiene and safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas and equipment.
• Distributes supplies and follows recipes and standards.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
