Job summary

School Administrative Unit 16 in Stratham Memorial School is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare, produce, and serve a variety of foods following recipes and production records.

Under the Director of Food Services, you will set up and merchandize areas, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure safe handling of food. Prior experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided in a busy school kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• But this role requires multi-tasking and operating a POS system.
• Maintain professional standards as required by USDA.
• Prepare main and side dishes per menu, recipes and production records.
• Set up, merchandise, and serve food in service areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.).
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation; assist in inventory.
