Qualificações

• Graduation from high school.
• Preferred candidates will have previous experience in food service and working directly with other people, especially children.
• Familiarity with POS and online reporting systems is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative tasks and support other duties as delegated by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Enforce the use of appropriate methods for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food preparation standards.
• Contribute to the preparation, cooking, and serving of menu items.
• Verify and maintain accurate payment records and manage cash flows.
• Make sure all prep-work is completed accurately and timely.
