Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package and serve food items per established procedures and HACCP standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitary food service areas and equipment.
• Assist in preparing entrees, fruits, vegetables, and other foods for distribution.
• Receive, store and rotate food items; assist with inventory as directed.
• Operate standard food service equipment safely.
• Maintain routine records of assigned activities.
• Support FWCS Schools of Success mission and core competencies in daily work.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
