Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring a FOOD SERVICE WORKER for Cranbrook Schools in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with two shift options: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Prior food prep experience is required, and you will prep, present and serve food to students and staff.

Benefits include PTO and holidays off; eligibility for benefits varies by status. Applicants may be asked to perform related duties as needed in a school dining program.

Qualifications

• Prior food prep experience is required.
• Full-time schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 11:30 am – 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Cleans work areas and equipment; ensures food safety and rotation procedures.
