Horry County Schools is seeking a Cafeteria Operator to prepare and serve nutritious meals at Pee Dee Elementary. You will work in a busy kitchen handling breakfast and lunch with attention to portion control and presentation.

Responsibilities include following recipes and safety standards, completing sanitation courses, and ensuring cleanliness in all food service areas. The role supports a 185-day, 6-hour daily school-year schedule.

Formación

• Previous school food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must attend sanitation course and refresher courses.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare assigned breakfast and lunch meals.
• Follow recipes to ensure quality, portion and nutrition.
• Serve attractive, portion-controlled items in a friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety practices.
• Complete safety training and job-related videos.
• Perform cashiering, inventory and kitchen duties as assigned.
