St James School District R1 in Saint James, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Food Service Cook/Prep Staff member to join the cafeteria team. The role reports to the Cafeteria Manager and follows district recipes while maintaining sanitary standards per health regulations.

Qualifications

• Maintain sanitary standards consistent with the Missouri Department of Health requirements.
• Follow recipes required by the school district and DESE.
• Assist in calculating the number of meals to be prepared.
• Assist in maintaining reports required by the district and DESE.
• Encourage good eating habits among students.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized.
• Attend planning and training seminars as approved by the Food Service Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or administration.

Responsabilités

• Maintain sanitary standards in the cafeteria as required by health authorities.
• Prepare and follow district recipes for meals.
• Assist in estimating the number of meals to be produced.
• Help maintain required reports for the district and DESE.
• Promote healthy eating habits among students.

• Execute other duties assigned by the Food Service Director or administration.
