Job summary

This position reports to the Director of Food Services and Head Cook and is paid hourly based on experience. You will work with kitchen staff to maintain serving lines, handle inventory, and ensure proper sanitation while supporting positive student

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the serving line.
• Fill the milk cooler.
• Notify supervisor when food, supplies and equipment are needed.
• Take inventory and rotate stock.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare food according to recipes, menus and nutritional requirements.
• Clean assigned areas.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Make suggestions for improvement to the supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
