Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the state training curriculum before becoming permanently employed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves a large quantity of a variety of foods and beverages as specified by menus and production records.
• Maintains required forms, records, and reports.
• Identifies reimbursable meals and operates the point-of-sale system.
• Counts money and makes change accurately.
• Performs safe food handling, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Works with staff, students, and parents and attends required trainings.
