Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, cooking and baking following planned, approved menu.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and hygiene per health department rules.
• Operate food service equipment safely; knife/utensil safety and lifting.
• Assist with daily cleaning of dishes and kitchen areas.
• Record production quantities and temperatures on daily records.
• May handle cash transactions and ticket/money collection.
• Work toward nutrition guidelines and interact with students and staff.
