Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals daily as per central menu.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety standards.
• Use standardized recipes to prepare meals.
• Review menus to ensure timely preparation.
• Estimate food supplies using production records for next day.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in food service area.
• Keep records requested by Food & Nutrition Services Office.
• Complete all food and non-food supply orders.
• Attend meetings for training and development.
• Work professionally and present a positive image.
