Responsibilities

• Collect monies and record meal counts and fees accurately.
• Participate in on-the-job training related to reimbursable meals and serving line processes.
• Read and follow standardized recipes for school cafeteria food preparation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per codes and schedules.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and assist with deposits and related duties.
