Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs work to prepare, cook and serve meals, salads and a la-carte items according to standardized recipes and keeps accurate documentation of food preparation.
• Serves as a cashier to collect money and record sales using a computerized POS system.
• Follows procedures for money exchange and deposits.
• Participates in on-the-job training for federally reimbursable meals and serving line identification.
• Reads and follows recipes for food preparation in a school cafeteria.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils per sanitation codes.
