Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items meeting nutritional standards; modify recipes as needed.
• Maintain daily electronic production records accurately and promptly.
• Keep safety logs in line with health regulations.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment per procedures and safety rules.
• Assist Head Cook with ordering and inventory to avoid waste.
• Scan student meals using district POS software.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work at other locations as needed.
