Responsibilities

• Learn and follow a route sheet or electronic routing device.
• Manage students and communicate behavior issues with the driver.
• Assist in pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including child checks.
• Assist students in loading and unloading, including wheelchair lifts.
• Coordinate with school personnel, parents and students.
• Attend safety and training meetings.
• Conduct emergency evacuations from the bus.
• Clean the bus interior and windows.
• Perform other contract-required specialized functions.
