Job summary

West Virginia K-12 Jobs seeks individuals to operate school buses and other school transportation vehicles as provided by the State Board of Education. You will follow district policies and procedures to ensure safe, on-time transportation for students.

Must be at least 21, hold a current CDL or be willing to obtain one, and meet West Virginia requirements for school bus operators; training is provided by WCS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold current CDL, or be willing to obtain one.
• Must meet the requirements of the State of West Virginia as a school bus operator, including school bus operator training, which is provided by WCS.
• Demonstrates qualifications further detailed in job description.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses and other school transportation vehicles as provided by the State Board of Education.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Transportation Director and/or Superintendent of Schools.
