Job summary

Transdev is looking for a full-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students for the Boston Public Schools. The ideal candidate must possess a Class B CDL with relevant endorsements, at least one year of professional driving experience, and a focus on student safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B or higher Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• At least one (1) year of previous professional driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle on an assigned route transporting students.
• Inspect each vehicle before, during and after each trip.
• Maintain a cooperative attitude with fellow employees and passengers.
• Control emergency situations properly.
