• Rides along with drivers to assess training needs and proficiency.
• Responds to bus incidents and conducts evaluations as needed.
• Administers driving tests and provides retraining when necessary.
• Participates in in-service training to promote safety culture.
• Maintains records meeting Georgia DOE and CCSD standards.
