• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
• Track and compile collected data.
• Create training materials based on data and research.
• Instruct employee training and onboarding.
• Coordinate enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
