Children of America is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport students between programs and sites in the Philadelphia area. You will follow safety procedures, perform vehicle checks, and model the organization's values in daily interactions with children, families, and staff.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a licensed childcare environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Knowledge of state/local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
