New Direction Childcare & Learning is seeking an experienced School Bus Driver to ensure the safe transport of students and adherence to a strict schedule. You will operate the school bus with a focus on passenger safety and well-being, drawing on prior childcare transport experience or bus driver training.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to follow GPS directions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner
• Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
