The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL with passenger endorsements, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, maintaining discipline, coordinating with staff and parents, and assisting students with special needs when required.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger transport endorsements required.
• Clean driving record with limited violations in past 3 years.
• Experience driving a bus or working with children preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus and follow traffic laws.
• Transport students to and from school and activities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe bus environment.
• Monitor behavior and enforce safety rules.
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding schedules.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
• Assist loading/unloading for students, including those with special needs.
