Job summary

Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver to transport program children and families safely to center activities. You will follow state and agency safety rules, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain logs and rosters.

The role requires a current Oregon School Bus Driver Certificate and a commitment to on-time, calm transportation, including proper use of car seats and seat belts. Benefits are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon School Bus Driver Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Transport program children and parents to center activities safely.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain vehicle capacity and ensure proper use of car seats and seat belts.
• Keep rosters/logs and ensure emergency supplies are maintained.
• Assist with evacuation drills and safety reporting.
• Communicate with families and county staff regarding transportation.
