Job summary

Student Transportation Of America is seeking safe, reliable school bus drivers to transport children in Port Byron, NY on established routes. You will follow safety standards, ensure on-time pickups, and maintain orderly conduct with students and staff.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, adherence to safety protocols, and delivering students to and from school with a positive, customer-focused attitude. Part-time position with training and sign-on bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with CDL A/B endorsements.
• At least 1 year of driving experience required.
• Ability to work with students and the public in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from school on established routes.
• Adhere to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Come join our team! As a school bus driver, you will have the support of a dedicated, local management team and the training needed to perform your job safely, and with care. Bus drivers are responsible for the safe delivery of students to and from school along set routes, adherence to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards, and daily vehicle inspections, among other duties.

We are seeking safe drivers to transport children to and from school on established routes in Port Byron, NY.

What We Offer:

Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 Sign on bonus for fully licensed CDL A/B with S & P endorsements - paid in increments -Offer good from 9/1/2026-11/30/2026

$2,500 Sign on bonus for Driver Trainees - paid in increments - Offer good from 9/1/2026-11/30/2026

Pay Range: $24.88 - $28.10
