Join us as a School Bus Driver - No Experience Needed, Training Provided at National Express LTD.

Starting Pay Rate: $25.50/hour

SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000 (Must be fully licensed)

Walk-in/Interviews: Monday - Thursday from 9:30AM - 2PM, Friday from 9:30AM - 12:30PM. ON THE SPOT OFFERS!!

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses or other designated vehicles safely along assigned routes.
• Maintain high ethical standards and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Adhere to schedules, assist passengers in emergencies, and complete all required paperwork.
• Present a professional appearance and promote positive interactions with students, parents, and staff.
• Ensure vehicle safety and perform routine checks and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical, medical, and substance screening requirements.
• Successfully complete training and demonstrate defensive driving skills.
