Base pay range

$26.75/hr - $26.75/hr

Job Requirements

• Hiring Immediately - No Experience Necessary - Training Provided
• Starting Pay Rate: $26.75/H
• SIGN ON BONUS: $3,000 with Full Credentials and $1,000 for drivers with a PA license.
• Added Bonus: $250 if candidates obtain CDL B permit within 2 weeks after classroom training.

• Report on time and maintain routes.
• Assist passengers during emergencies.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Follow policies on student and passenger management.
• Complete all paperwork promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Utilize vehicle equipment safely.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 in Tennessee).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical, medical, and substance screening requirements.
• Complete training successfully.
• Practice defensive driving.
• Meet all federal, state, and local driver requirements.
