Join us at National Express LTD as a School Bus Driver - No Exp Needed - Training Provided. This role offers a base pay range of $22.65/hr - $28.20/hr.

About the Role

Our primary goal is to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students, prioritizing safety above all. We provide comprehensive training to help you obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and related endorsements, preparing you for a professional driving career with us.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses or other vehicles safely along designated routes
• Assist passengers during evacuation in emergencies
• Report accidents and incidents promptly
• Adhere to company policies on passenger management
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Utilize vehicle equipment safely, including wheelchair lifts and radios

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers)
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications
• Meet physical and medical requirements, pass drug screening
• Successfully complete training and demonstrate defensive driving skills
