Responsibilities

• Operate school buses safely and reliably along assigned routes.
• Exhibit high ethical standards and report suspicious behavior.
• Punctually report for duty and maintain routes safely.
• Assist passengers during emergencies and evacuations.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Follow company policies on passenger management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and complete all paperwork timely.
• Promote a cooperative attitude with colleagues and passengers.
• Utilize vehicle equipment safely, including lifts and radios.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 in Tennessee).
• Possess or able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical and medical requirements, pass drug screening.
• Complete and pass all training programs.
• Practice defensive driving at all times.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local driver requirements.
