Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with passenger or school bus endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Experience in teaching and/or working with children.
• Strong understanding of child development and classroom management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the bus along assigned routes and follow policies.
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized support as needed.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
