Job summary

Summit School Services is hiring a Non-CDL Driver in training at our Cincinnati, OH site. Earn a starting rate of $15.00/hour with training pay of $10.00/hour. We conduct walk-in interviews Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–12:30 PM (EST).

Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus of $500.00 are offered to join our team, with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities. All applicants will be trained by our staff to obtain necessary endorsements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for some locations by state law).
• Must possess or be able to obtain valid state license to operate vehicles.
• Must pass training and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation by operating a school bus or other vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
• Maintain punctuality and safety, reporting issues to supervisor.
• Assist passengers during boarding, alighting, and emergency evacuations as needed.
• Complete route change sheets, time cards, and vehicle repair requests.
• Adhere to company policies and professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
