Job summary

South Washington County School District seeks Bus drivers for route driving. Safely transports students to and from school and activities, ensuring student safety on district transportation vehicles.

Position offers training, flexible hours, retirement contributions, health insurance benefits for part-time (20+ hrs/week) and opportunity to work on a school calendar with summer work when available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to interact with all ages of children.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks including email and Word.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports students to and from school and activities.
• Operate and monitor school bus; adhere to routes, schedules and safety procedures.
• Complete required reports and maintain discipline as needed.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
