Qualifications

• Must meet all licensing requirements for Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Comply with COMAR 13A.06.07 for School Bus Driver.
• Have no more than two points on driving record; satisfactory history.

Responsibilities

• Observe traffic laws and safety rules on every route.
• Maintain discipline on the bus and supervise students.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for each route.
• Transport only authorized students and follow assigned schedule.
• Report accidents immediately and complete required reports.
