Child Development Schools in Clayton, North Carolina, is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities. You will support classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher, helping create a warm, engaging environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

You will work with families as a trusted partner and be part of a collaborative teaching team dedicated to safe, engaging early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
