Job summary

Zum SF Inc. is seeking a reliable school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school using Zūm’s platform. You will operate assigned buses, perform inspections, and maintain on-time routes while prioritizing student safety.

Eligible applicants should be at least 21, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally allowed to work in the United States. CDL training is provided for non-certified drivers, with competitive daily hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: CDL with P and S endorsements and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• For non-certified drivers: valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality.
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety.
