Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school. You will operate vehicles, follow safety protocols, and maintain routes with timeliness while supporting a technology-driven transportation platform.

The role requires a minimum of 21 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and legal work authorization in the United States. CDL training is provided for non-certified drivers, with background checks and drug screenings as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety
